• Program

We believe that children learn through play. Play and experience should be fun, meaningful, and educational.  Toward that goal we have developed, after many years of experience, and after consulting with other experts in the area of early childhood education, a program that provides for academic preparation, social interaction, living skills, and large and small muscle development. These are all presented in a positive, child-initiated environment.  Our program is designed to include and enhance family living.  However, we believe that each of our caregivers have their own rich background of experiences and abilities. We constantly encourage them to choose items that will enhance the needs of their individual class and further the developmental level of each child in their care.

    ENROLLMENT
So that we may provide the best and safest possible environment for your child, and due to state regulations, all enrollment forms and records must be completed and on file in the Directors office before your child’s first day of attendance. All immunizations must be current. A health examination form must be completed by a health care professional and on file in our office.

    TUITION AND FEES

For Private Pay families: All tuition is due on Monday of each week.  Tuition not paid by Tuesday will incur a $10.00 Late Fee and your child’s enrollment may be terminated.

For DHS families:  All co-payments are due on the first of each month.  A late fee of $10.00 will be added after the 3rd business day of the month.  If co-payment is not paid by the 3rd  business day of the month, your child will not be permitted to return until the account is brought up to date.

A Family Enrollment Fee of $35.00 applies to all families and is non-refundable.  Any other refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.  If you have any questions, please talk to the Center Director.

A $25.00 Curriculum Fee per child is due February 1st of each year, for children aged 2 years through 5 years old.

Late Pick Up Fee: In addition to the above fees, a $15.00 per child charge will be assessed per 15 minutes or any portion thereof your child/children are at the center after closing time.

A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.  Repeated returned checks will place your account on a cash only basis.

Two “Vacation” weeks are allowed each calendar year.  Excessive absences will cause enrollment to be terminated.

    MEALS

We will provide all children attending the facility with breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon supplement.  Depending on the location, your child may also receive a supper meal.  Our daily menu is posted and may be viewed at the information center of each facility.  We are enrolled in the State of Oklahoma, Department of Education Food Program, and meet all nutritional requirements.
